You know DefensePro as a highly rated provider of self-defense training, and perhaps as a source for Emergency Preparedness Training and Supplies. But we also have on-going martial arts classes!
DefensePro has been teaching TaeKwonDo classes in Novato since 2019 and is a proud member of GTMA (Global Traditional Martial Arts).
We have classes on Tuesday and Thursday for beginning to intermediate level students age 7-12.
Intermediate to Advanced level kids classes (ages 7-12) are Monday and Wednesday.
Teen/Adult classes (ages 12+) are Monday and Wednesday evenings.
In our martial arts classes we work on learning techniques at each belt rank that help develop students into well rounded martial artists.
Each colored belt level has a self-defense combination along with a form to learn.
As students learn their techniques and develop balance, power and focus, we also emphasize self-control, along with demonstrating courtesy and respect.
